TABLE
TOP WORKSTAND
The Traditional Table Top Workstand is improved
for 2004 with a new 5-leg base and a green powder
coating. The cherry stained top is interchangeable
with the Deluxe Workstand and still includes great
features like 18" of rubber covered work surface
and six eye screws to tie your work down.
The turntable
locks in position to keep your work from moving.
The metal turntable bearings allow a maximum load
of 150 lbs. New style plastic feet are securely fastened
to each leg to prevent marring.

DELUXE
WORKSTAND
The Deluxe Workstand is new for 2004 with redesigned legs for a narrower
and shorter stance. The new green color and cherry stained top enhance the Deluxe
Workstand appearance while still retaining great features like 18" of
rubber covered work surface and six eye screws to tie your work down. The turntable
locks in position to keep your work from moving and the crank folds inside
the diameter of work surface. The new re-angled folding legs take up less floor
space to allow you to get closer to your work. Using the crank, the heavy-duty
gear box can adjust up to 180 lbs from 25" to 39" in height. An independent
slide extension adds an additional 9" of overall height to the Workstand.
New plastic feet are securely fastened to each leg to prevent marring.

Transplanting

very handy tool. Especially good for getting stubborn
root bound trees out of bonsai pots and cutting into
tangled rootballs. 9.25"overall. 5.5" blade
and shank. |

Heavy Duty Root Hooks
If you do a lot of transplanting
with large trees or root bound nursery stock, you will
need a good root hook. Though most people prefer the
single pronged hook, some prefer the faster results
achieved with a double or even triple hook. Built to
last a lifetime with strong cast iron prongs and comfortable
wood handle. 8" |

Bonsai Rake
You can use this handsome three pronged
rake for loosening soil and combing out roots when transplanting
(if the roots are very tightly bound you might need
a root hook). Also good for roughing up compact soil
surfaces for better aeration, weeding and more. Use
the spatula at the other end for tamping loose soil
or moss, and freeing up soil around the edge of the
pot when transplanting. |

Soil Sieve Set
It is always a good idea
to sift the very small particles out of your soil before
potting. This helps aeration by keeping your soil cleaner
and reducing clogging around the drain holes. You may
also want to sift unnecessarily large particles out as
well, thus creating fairly uniform particle size for
even aeration throughout. Three interchangeable screens
(approx 1/12", 1/6" and 1/4" mesh). Stainless
steel. |
